Peter Begovich joined LJ Hooker, Matamata in 1996. Up until this time Peter was a dairy farmer in the Richmond Downs district. As a real estate agent he very quickly established himself as a smart rural negotiator. He is an accredited auctioneer and has been an instrumental force in building the company’s presence in auctions here in Matamata.
With over 21 years of experience to date and an impressive number of sales under his belt, Peter’s hardworking down to earth, friendly manner is appreciated by his clients.
In recent years Peter has become a specialist in the area of chicken farms. He owns a Meat Chicken Farm and is one of Inghams largest contract growers. His skills have
earned him a place on the Growers Executive. (The equivalent of Fonterra’s Shareholders Council) and he is also an executive member of the NZ Poultry Meat Producers Society.
